All sellers want to maximize their selling price given the potential highest and best use of their property located in areas wherein future rezoning results in a much higher value for their property. I can explain the rezoning properly found in the Official Community Plan and how that will impact value.

In 1982 I graduated with a Certified General Accounting (CGA) degree. This expert training supports me to advise residential and commercial clients regarding financial matters that should be considered when buying or selling real estate. My life experiences have instilled very strong work ethics and I realize there is no substitute for hard work.
